Health and Safety

The company has memberships with ROSPA and the British Safety Council. We also have our own in-house Health and Safety Department.

We promote a proactive Health & Safety culture and having worked on numerous contracts over 15 years, we have never received an enforcement notice from HSE. Our internally produced Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan is rated amongst the best in its class. We offer in-house CDM co-ordination as part of our role as Principle Contractor and often provide a consultancy role to our sub-contractors and customers.

We have a 98% CSCS/CPCS compliant workforce. All staff receives essential training such as Manual Handling and Fire Awareness. Site supervisors undergo mandatory training up to CITB Site Manager Safety Training Scheme level. On site training and site safety audits are carried out on a monthly basis rewarding good practise and the reports are forwarded to the senior management team.

Holistic services provide external advice to the company and visit sites to perform site audits supported by regular site assessments by contract managers, project managers and site supervisors who are all have Health and Safety qualifications.
