The customer care team at McDermott Building & Civil Engineering Ltd reflects the professional image of the company, as it is a first point of contact for customers, visitors and staff.

• Aftercare service for housing contracts
• Human resources

The team is dedicated to ensuring all requests from customers are logged and followed up to a high standard. They ensure all completed works are signed off and the team communicates with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. They also provide continuity between the site office and the customer through their knowledge of all areas of the business.
